Grab your pencils and backpacks because it’s that time of year again…back to school. Join us on Saturday August 19th for all day celebration that is guaranteed to be more fun that sitting in algebra class and is all for a good cause.

A portion of sales of this event will be donated to Open Books Pensacola. Open Books is a nonprofit, volunteer-run bookstore. Proceeds from the sale of books and donations support the Prison Book Project, operating since 2000.

Open Books Pensacola will be here from 2PM -5 PM accepting donations and selling books that support their mission. Open Books is looking for a variety of paperback donations to either be sold in the Open Books’ book store or sent to Florida inmates as part of the Prison Book Project.

Join us for an educational class on Beer Making 101 with Emerald’s very own brewing team. Get your hands dirty and learn how to make beer. 10 AM start time and will finish when the beer is done.

Skipping first period more of your thing? A Rustyc Spoon food truck will be serving up a special cafeteria menu for when you get hungry and Sweet Love ice cream truck will be here with all those sweet retro ice cream treats.

Tris music will be taking the stage in our beer garden from 2-5 PM for a complimentary show. Tris music will be raising funds for the Open Books Project in Pensacola.

All teachers and admin receive 10% of all bar tabs. Just show the bartender your work badge.
